Volunteers and Interns

SOWED Kenya offers a robust volunteer and internship program for students, recent graduates, and individuals with an interest in our thematic focus areas of gender, health, education and governance.

Volunteers and Interns are highly valued and essential members of our team and offer great input in the course of the project life-cycle.

SOWED Kenya sources for goods and services from around Kenya to meet the requirements of our programmes, projects and activities. We aim in our procurement to be transparent, accountable and fair.

A financial evaluation may be carried out in order to minimize the procurement risk to SOWED Kenya. In this respect, we may request suppliers to provide a certificate of registration/ incorporation; company profile including directors and technical personnel; proof of experience, past performance on similar services and other contractual commitments.
